Former President Yoon Suk Yeol has arrived at a courtroom to attend his legal trial on rebellion fees in connecting with the December 3 martial regulation declaration.
Yoon arrived on the Seoul Central District Courtroom through the underground parking space forward of the primary listening to scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday.Â
The trial comes ten days after the Constitutional Courtroom eliminated him from workplace over the martial regulation decree.
The courtroom will start the listening to by confirming the id of the accused, throughout which Yoon should state his identify, date of beginning, occupation and place of residence.
Afterwards, the prosecution will define the fees in opposition to Yoon and he’ll declare whether or not he admits to the allegations.
On the pretrial convention, Yoon’s authorized group said that he denies all fees.
Images and movies of the trial won’t be obtainable, because the courtroom has prohibited media shops from capturing pictures.
