Newly launched video exhibits intense moments as Chicago cops confronted an armed man who had been restraining and bodily attacking his girlfriend in Pullman. The nerve-wracking footage exhibits split-second decision-making by an officer who fatally shot the gunman, 43-year-old Devon Smith, an instantaneous after the lady bolted out the bed room door.
Officers responded to a home incident on the house within the 900 block of East one centesimal Road on the morning of March 20. One of many restrained girl’s kids was ready for the police exterior the house complicated.
