Seattle Police arrested two juveniles for possession of two firearms in South Seattle on June 18th.
At 12:50 p.m., patrol officers responded to experiences of younger juveniles flashing a gun within a car close to seventeenth Avenue South and South Orcas Avenue.
Because the officers arrived, the motive force exited the car and ran from police. He was captured by an officer after a short foot chase.
One other officer detained the remaining juveniles contained in the automotive and recovered a loaded firearm geared up with a “swap,” which permits for computerized firing. Further assets arrived and detained all of the occupants.
Two of the juveniles, each 17, have been arrested for Illegal Possession of a Firearm. They have been booked into juvenile detention on the choose Patrica H. Clark Youngsters & Household Justice Middle.
The others have been investigated and launched to their dad and mom.
Officers served a search warrant on the car and recovered a further loaded firearm. Each weapons have been seized as proof.
Detectives with the Gun Violence Discount Unit will take lead on this case.
