Senior Presidential Aides and Secretaries Offer Resignation Amid Acting President Choi’s Appointment of Justices l KBS WORLD

All senior secretaries and key aides within the presidential workplace supplied their resignation on Wednesday to Performing President Choi Sang-mok.

In accordance with the presidential workplace, presidential chief of workers Chung Jin-suk,  Nationwide Safety Adviser Shin Received-sik, chief of workers for coverage Sung Tae-yoon, and overseas coverage adviser Chang Ho-jin all submitted their resignations to the performing president.

The mass resignation comes as Performing President Choi appointed two Constitutional Courtroom justices regardless of opposition from the highest workplace.

Choi workplace launched an announcement saying that the performing president has no plans to just accept their resignations.

The presidential workplace had expressed its opposition to the appointment of the justices main as much as Tuesday’s Cupboard assembly and voiced remorse after Choi’s appointment.

The presidential aides had beforehand submitted their collective resignations on December 4, the day after President Yoon Suk Yeol’s declaration of emergency martial legislation, however Yoon didn’t settle for their resignations.
