A delegation of North Korean navy training officers has reportedly left for Russia.
The North’s official Korean Central Information Company(KCNA) reported on Tuesday that the Korean Individuals’s Military navy training delegation led by Kim Kum-chol, president of Kim Il Sung Army College, departed for Russia on Monday.
The report didn’t present additional particulars concerning the delegation or the aim of the journey.
