Detective Inspector Ian Derbyshire mentioned: “We all know that anyone who noticed this incident would have understandably been involved and I wish to reassure residents that we’re taking this matter extraordinarily severely.

“We have now a devoted crew of officers investigating this incident who’ve been out in Chorley final evening and at this time finishing up enquiries. As a part of these enquiries, we’re asking anybody who noticed or captured something suspicious within the space on their cell phone, doorbell or dashcam footage between 4:50pm and 5:10pm to make contact with my crew as quickly as potential.
