Seattle law enforcement officials arrested a felony suspect after a standoff inside Safeway this morning in West Seattle.
At 10:12 am, patrol officers responded to studies of a violent assault involving a feminine sufferer close by.
Officers decided that the suspect pulled a dagger on the sufferer and threatened her with violence. He acted underneath the affect of methamphetamine.
Police situated the suspect contained in the Safeway within the 9600 block of twenty eighth Avenue Southwest and he refused to adjust to officers. A negotiation was established.
The suspect was arrested after an hourslong standoff for felony Assault, Harassment, and Indecent Liberties. He was handled on scene by King County Firefighters and might be transported to Harborview Medical Heart for analysis.
The weapon was recovered by police. The suspect is predicted to be booked into King County Jail.
