North Korea has stated it should reduce off all street and railway hyperlinks between the 2 Koreas and perform work to fortify the inter-Korean border.
A report from the Normal Workers of the Korean Folks’s Military, carried by the state-run Korean Central Information Company, stated the North will start severing the connections and constructing robust protection constructions Wednesday.
The assertion stated the North was completely closing the border with its “principal enemy” in self-defense and to discourage conflict.
To forestall any unintended clashes close to the border, the North Korean navy stated it notified the U.S. navy by phone at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday.
The report stated the choice was a response to joint navy workout routines between Seoul and Washington and the deployment of U.S. strategic property on the Korean Peninsula.
