The South Korean army stated it’s in search of measures to forestall North Korea’s trash balloons from beginning fires.
At a press briefing Tuesday, the Joint Chiefs of Employees(JCS) stated the chance stems from the exothermic timers that warmth up the plastic baggage hooked up to the balloons, inflicting the contents to spill onto the bottom.
